Claude Sprenger

Living the Digital Age

Two decades at the intersection of technology, data, and marketing. I understand technology down to its architecture and translate it into governance logic, decision models, and operational effectiveness. Where others implement tools, I anchor technology so that it sustains daily operations, scales, and functions reliably.

What I Do

I work on the structure of digital organizations. My focus is on arranging technology, data, and processes so that they are manageable, integratable, and sustainable in the long run.

This includes designing system and data architectures, defining control logic and KPIs, and clearly anchoring accountability where decisions are made. I bridge the gap between technical reality and corporate governance, merging them into a unified structure.

My emphasis is not on single initiatives or tool implementations, but on the foundation upon which organizations can digitally lead, scale, and decide.
